SaaS Life OÜ engages the following categories of subprocessors to deliver Cadence. Each is bound by data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement. We give customers reasonable notice of any material change and an opportunity to object on data-protection grounds. A detailed, named list is available to customers on request. - Cloud hosting: application and data hosting
- LLM provider: coaching and grading inference
- Slack: delivery of the coaching experience
- Microsoft Teams: delivery of the coaching experience
- Call-recording platforms: scenario sourcing (read-only, opt-in)
- Privacy-friendly analytics: aggregate product usage
