Data handling
AvailableWe store the coaching conversations, progress, and scenarios needed to run the product. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We don’t sell data or use your content to train third-party models.
Call-recording integration security
AvailableIntegrations with Gong and Chorus are read-scoped and used only to build practice scenarios. We request the minimum access needed and never write back to your recording platform.
Access controls
AvailableRole-based access separates rep, manager, and admin views. Managers see their team; reps see their own sessions. Admin actions are restricted to designated owners.
SSO / SAML
Enterprise / rolling outAvailable on the Enterprise plan. SAML-based single sign-on with your identity provider. Talk to us about your IdP during onboarding.
Audit logging
