Cadence handles your team’s conversations and, optionally, scenarios derived from your real calls. Here’s exactly how we protect that, plus an honest line between what’s live today and what’s on the roadmap.

Data handling

We store the coaching conversations, progress, and scenarios needed to run the product. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We don’t sell data or use your content to train third-party models.

Call-recording integration security

Available

Integrations with Gong and Chorus are read-scoped and used only to build practice scenarios. We request the minimum access needed and never write back to your recording platform.

Access controls

Available

Role-based access separates rep, manager, and admin views. Managers see their team; reps see their own sessions. Admin actions are restricted to designated owners.

SSO / SAML

Enterprise / rolling out

Available on the Enterprise plan. SAML-based single sign-on with your identity provider. Talk to us about your IdP during onboarding.

Audit logging

Enterprise / rolling out

Admin and access audit logs are rolling out for Enterprise. Ask us about current coverage for your security review.

Data retention & deletion

Available

You control retention windows. On request or contract termination, we delete your data within the timeframe specified in your agreement. Reps can request their own data be removed.

Do you train models on our data?

No. Your conversations and call-derived scenarios are used to run your instance of the product, not to train third-party foundation models.

Where is our data stored?

Data is hosted with a major cloud provider. We can discuss region and residency options for Enterprise during procurement.

Yes. We’ll walk your security team through data flows, access controls, and our SOC 2 status under NDA. This page is the honest starting point.
