Clear pricing. Start with a pilot.
Three core parts, no surprises: an annual platform subscription, an annual license per seat, and a one-time fee to stand your program up. Add live-on-call coaching per seat when you want it. Begin with a live pilot before you commit the whole team.
How pricing works
Every part, spelled out.
Annual platform subscription
A yearly fee for the Cadence platform itself: @Cadence in Slack, Teams, and on live calls, the dashboard, and everything that runs your program.
Annual license per seat
A per-seat license, billed annually, for each rep on @Cadence: daily practice built from your real calls, plus @Cadence there 24/7 in Slack and Teams to ask anything, any time. You pay for the people actually using it.
Live on calls, per seat (add-on)
Add @Cadence live on Zoom calls for the reps who want it: in-the-moment coaching while the deal is on the line. An optional per-seat add-on on top of the license, so you only pay for the reps who go live.
One-time implementation & deployment
A single upfront fee to stand the program up: connecting your systems, building your roadmap, and tuning @Cadence on your real calls in the pilot.
Prorated seat adjustments
Add or remove seats any time during the billing period; changes are prorated. Your bill tracks your team as it grows or shifts, not a number you guessed at signup.
Multi-year commitment discounts
Prefer to settle in for the long run? Commit to multiple years and we discount the platform and per-seat fees. Annual terms are always available; a longer commitment simply costs you less.

Built to fit
Need something we don’t list? We can build it.
Cadence is backed by software veterans, battle-tested in software sales. Custom integrations, a connection to a system we don’t support yet, bespoke session types, your own reporting, white-glove content work, on-prem or in-region hosting: if it makes Cadence fit your world, it’s on the table. Scope shapes the quote, so tell us what you need and we’ll price it honestly.
FAQ
Questions, answered honestly.
How is Cadence billed?
A one-time setup and licensing fee to stand up your program, plus an annual per-seat license billed up front. We sell to teams rather than individuals, so there is no individual self-serve plan today. Talk to us about the right seat count for your org.
What does the setup and licensing fee cover?
Getting Cadence working for your team: connecting your systems of record, building your enablement roadmap with you, and running a pilot to fine-tune both Cadence and the content on your real conversations before the wider rollout. The curriculum is the hard part, and that is the part we do with you.
Can you build a custom integration or feature for us?
Almost certainly. Cadence is backed by software veterans, battle-tested in software sales, so custom integrations, access to a system of record we do not support out of the box, bespoke session types, custom reporting, and tailored content work are all on the table. Custom scope is factored into your setup and licensing quote, so tell us what you need and we will price it transparently.
Can we use our own LLM?
Yes, on a Custom plan. You can run Cadence on an LLM provisioned through the provider of your choice, or on a locally deployed model inside your own environment. Your choice of model shapes the implementation and deployment fee, since hosting, integration, and testing differ by setup. Tell us your preferred provider or deployment and we will fold it into the quote.
Can I change seats during the term?
Yes. You can add seats at any time (prorated for the remainder of the term). Reductions take effect at renewal. We will work with you as your team grows or changes shape.
How long does onboarding take?
Most teams are running their first sessions within a week of kickoff. Connecting Slack or Microsoft Teams takes minutes; building scenarios from your call recordings is the part we help you configure so it reflects how your team actually sells.
What data does Cadence store, and where?
We store the coaching conversations and progress data needed to run the product, plus the scenarios derived from any call recordings you connect. You choose your hosting region. See our Security page for data handling, retention, and deletion details, and a DPA is available.
Is my call-recording data safe?
Call-recording integrations are read-scoped and used only to build practice scenarios. We detail access controls, subprocessors, and our security posture on the Security page. Your security team should read it before the deal.
Do you offer SSO?
SSO / SAML is available on the Enterprise plan. See the Security page for the current state of SSO and audit logging.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us your team size and call-recording setup, and we’ll point you to the right one.
