@Cadence joins the call.

Everyone else records the call and reviews it next week. @Cadence is in the room while the deal is still on the line: reading the conversation, catching the moment, and coaching the rep in a private panel only they can see.

The whole call

Before, during, and after. Not just a recording after.

Most tools only show up once the call is over. @Cadence is there for all three acts, and the during is the one nobody else does.
Before

A prep brief built for this call

Angles to open with, landmines to avoid, and the context that matters: who’s who, what happened last time, and what’s in play. Pulled from your real history, not a template.

During

Coaching in the moment

As the conversation moves, @Cadence surfaces a short read of what’s happening and a stance-tagged move: do this, don’t do that, watch for this, ask this. Quiet, private, in the rep’s panel.

After

A debrief while it’s fresh

A recap the moment the call ends: what went well with timestamps, what to fix, and the next step, with the full report waiting in the dashboard.

In the moment

Every nudge is a move, not a metric.

@Cadence doesn’t flash a talk-time bar and leave the rep to interpret it. It says what it noticed, then rails the coaching into one of four clear stances, so the rep knows exactly what to do next while the call is still live.

DO
Reframe price as total cost. Anchor to the two weeks of ramp they said they lose per hire.
DON'T
Don’t discount to keep it moving. You haven’t established the cost of doing nothing yet.
WATCH
She went quiet after “budget.” Silence here usually means an unspoken objection, not agreement.
ASK
Ask what happens if they wait a quarter. Make the cost of inaction concrete before you talk numbers.

Nudge

She just said “budget’s tight this quarter” and went quiet.

Ask

Don’t discount. Ask what happens if they wait a quarter, and quantify the cost of doing nothing.

Docs answer

Yes. Real-time route tracking is supported on the Growth plan and above. The live carrier-ETA feed is add-on only, not part of the base package.

The rep types, mid-call

Can Northwind sync live shipment status back into our Salesforce records automatically?

@Cadence answers, sourced

Partially. Status sync to Salesforce is supported one-way on the Growth plan. Two-way write-back needs the Enterprise connector, not the standard integration.

Ask anything

The answer a rep can actually say out loud.

When a buyer asks something technical, a rep either guesses or stalls. @Cadence answers in the panel, grounded in your real product documentation, with the nuance that keeps a rep honest: what’s supported, what isn’t, and where the caveat is. No hallucinated capability that blows up in procurement later.

It knows when to stay quiet.

A coach that talks constantly is noise, and noise during a live call is worse than useless. @Cadence holds back the low-priority observations and only surfaces what’s worth acting on in the moment. The quieter notes are there if the rep wants them, tucked away until asked.

Private by design.

  • The panel is visible only to the rep. The buyer never sees or hears it.
  • It works within the call-recording consent you already give. No new buyer-facing disclosure.
  • Live-call data is used to coach the rep and build practice, never sold or repurposed.
